Manarat Living 2 is the second phase of a residential project by the developer Aldar on Al Saadiyat Island. The project includes a ground floor, a three-level podium that also houses apartments, and then part of the project ends with a roof with amenities, while the other part of the project rises to nine residential levels. The project offers a wide range of premium living options, from studios to 1-3 bedroom apartments.
The residences feature high ceilings and panoramic windows that span the entire width of the wall. The apartments come unfurnished but are equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher and cooktop.
The public spaces of Manarat Living 2 include the following amenities for residents: a large pool on the podium of the building, a rooftop pool of the complex, a children's club, a playroom, a gym, a cycling path, a yoga space.
Saadiyat Island is a cultural district in Abu Dhabi that boasts the location of cultural centers such as Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Manarat Al Saadiyat Art Gallery, Abu Dhabi Museum of Natural History. The area is home to various resorts and hotels with sea-facing beaches, as well as a local branch of New York University. There are also plenty of retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and fitness centers in the area. Cranleigh Abu Dhabi School is located directly opposite Manarat Living 2.
