Ellington Views 1 is a project by developer Ellington on Al Jazeera Peninsula in Ras Al Khaimah. It consists of two buildings of 20 and 15 floors: East Tower and West Tower. The architecture of the complex creates a natural geometry inspired by the coastline. The buildings have been designed to maximize natural light and emphasize the views from each apartment. The varying heights of each building create a dynamic silhouette with architectural terraces that give the building soft angles and create a series of rooftop lounge areas at the top of the building.
