Sharjah Garden City is a gated villa community located in Sharjah. The project was designed by Shoumous Properties and the overall style of the community was realised by Darwish Engineering.
The villas are individually styled, however all facades are designed using a light colour palette. There are a total of 82 residential units, most of which are spacious 5-6 bedroom villas. The neighbourhood also has a limited supply of two-bedroom townhouses as well as 3-4 bedroom villas. The villas are equipped with kitchenettes, sanitary ware and fitted wardrobes.
